An inspiring advocate for good mental health and understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace, Kelly’s been praised for his openness, and authenticity. Sharing his challenges of being an autistic adult in the corporate world and how overcoming these barriers and prejudices has shaped the person he is today.

 
 

An inspiring Former TV and BBC radio presenter Hester has spoken to thousands of people, sharing her journey of being a later diagnosed ADHD woman and parent to two autistic / ADHD / dyspraxic children.

Hester is a confident, engaging and passionate speaker, who has worked with a host of organisations including Mind, TUO, Sony Music, Marks and Spence, HM Courts and Tribunals and the London Mayor’s Office. She has also spoken at The Disability Expo at Excel, Mindset Unlimited festival and Building Leisure Building’s conference.
